This license falls under the Open Source Definition.

This license documents an agreement between the product's copyright holder, Headrick Software Development and the product's user. It covers the software, documentation, and source code (herein after referred to as "the product").

By obtaining, using, and/or copying the product you agree that you have read and understood, and will comply with the terms and conditions detailed in this document.

Permission to use, copy, and modify the product without fee or royalty is hereby granted, provided that the following terms and conditions be met:

1. The full text of this notice must be included in any distribution of the product, as well as any pre-existing intellectual property disclaimers and notices. These are commonly found at the top of each file constituting the product's source code and documentation.
